Disorganised administration and disappointing service from this GoodStart childcare centre. The Red Hill QLD centre called to advise on a vacancy so I booked a meet & greet that same week asking them to hold the spot, only when we turned up we were told the spot had been taken by another family. Very disappointing, especially as [redacted personal identifier] was defensive rather than apologetic about the situation.
I expected more from GoodStart.
