Victor at Goodyear Autocare is brilliant! I have been taking my numerous cars to him since I arrived in Australia and he is unfailingly helpful and obliging. He does everything to make sure my cars are well serviced and that he explains exactly what is and is not required to be done to them and precisely how much it will cost and why. This is so refreshing when other car branded service centres I have tried to use just take the cars when it suits them, hand it back when it suits them and give me a bill which is always unpleasantly surprising. Victor would never do any of those things.
