The staff here are wonderful. Took a cat in that was very badly matted. They worked hard to shave as much as the cat could tolerate without being sedated. When she got too distressed and they had to stop they didnt charge as the job was not done.

the ladies at this grooming salon do an amazing job with the animals they wash and groom. they had great customer service, very friendly and prompt. only downside is its very hard to get an appointment as they have quite alot of loyal customers.

I have two staffies who malt quite a bit. I picked them up and they didn't shed much after for about two weeks. They wernt stressed like they usually are when I pick them up from a wash because they were actually getting pet and cuddled when I picked them up. So pleased

I have had my 2 very different dogs groomed many times here and every time they look fantastic. The staff are very friendly and caring to the dogs. They took the time to answer all my questions and show me how to do some things myself. They offer discounts, are open when I need them,support the local animal shelter enormously, stock a range of unusual treats and the salon looks especially clean. I have overheard staff in other places loose their cool with some dogs. I have never heard of this ever at Gorgeous Grooming. They are true animal lovers.
