Didn't install correctly, were almost hostile to me when I called about re-arranging the failed appointment and seemed vague and disinterested on the install problem. cannot recommend.

The installers arrived on time and carried out their work in a professional manner under difficult conditions as the roof cavity was very hot on the day. They cleaned up the place after completing the job and removed all the old ducting and unit. I am very pleased with the new, ducted, Daikon air conditioner. It is easy to operate and very quiet. I have already recommended this company to a friend who needed their service.

Gosford Air installed our Actron ESP Ultima system in Empire Bay. From the start of the process through to completion, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Very thorough scoping/pre-sales work done to determine the right system, meticulous install and clean up process and great annual maintenance thereafter.

We also had issues with an old split system in our granny-flat which we enlisted Gosford Air to help us out with. It turned out after quite a bit of investigation (and a few false starts on the repair front) that it was ultimately better to replace the system. The team couldn't have handled this better from a customer service perspective - straight forward, open communication throughout the process and very easy to deal with. It would have been really easy to have been gouged in this situation by a supplier, but not with Gosford Air, which is a testament to how and why they've been in business on the coast for so long - a really great local business that I couldn't recommend more strongly.

I highly recommend Gosford Airconditioning. The guys who installed our system did a fabulous job, made sure I was happy with decisions that had to be made during the installation process, patiently changed the plan when I asked and left everything immaculate - all this on a long 10 hour work day for them! They also included a rerouting of the power source as part of the cost as it gave them an easier run into the house. The system is so quiet I have to check it's on! Great service. Great price. Just had a complete system installation of the Actron ESP Platinum Ultra at my house by the team at Gosford Air Con, complete with the ActronConnect wifi product. All work completed as scheduled, works like a charm and all signs of the previous system removed and taken away.

The most worrying thing was that the wife was so impressed by the cleaning up and tidying both during and after the install that she may well call the chaps back as permanent cleaners!

This company has my highest recommendation. The staff are very helpful and friendly and most of all professional. We had ducted installed just before Christmas 2014. The installers were very friendly and mindful of our newly polished floorboards and cleaned up after themselves. The unit is very quiet and unobtrusive. If you are wanting an air-con I thoroughly recommend you give them a call and speak to the friendly staff, they will arrange a quote and will be punctual. The owner Shane Stone is a lovely man and his professionalism outshines all others.
