Great, until new management took over. Now it seems as if they dont have a clue what they are doing, I used to go for spray tans.. now I just steer clear!

My experience involving my formal makeup and trial make up was mixed. For the trial, they did a pretty good job and I was served immediately, and then the next appointment was booked. On the day of my formal, I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours before being served - I had to approach a hairdresser and apparently my appointment had not been booked even though she could remember me! In the end however, my hair turned out beyond my expectations - it looked stunning and original.
