Barely out of school assistants, not professional photographers, it's more the case of just relying on parents wanting 'cute pics'. TERRIBLE customer service and waited a LONG time for any products etc When someone finally did contact me back they didn't even address the issues I raised and basically made out it was my fault. Besides that the photos taken were nice and cute (only due to the fact it was my child) but SEVERELY overpriced for ho-hum quality. Would not recommend - if you want to pay that price $500+ better to get a professional who can actually take photos and take the time to do it.

I just got my photos back from getting my niece and nephew pictured for my family.. We had and had an amazing time. The staff where very talented in getting the right pictures! I would recommend them to anyone

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I was chased down at the shopping centre by their staff with my 1 year old son offered a free photo. They basically begged me to give them something to do emphasising that it was obligation free photo. Could not fault the photographer or the staff I dealt with the day he had his photo taken. Came back for free photo and to decide if I was going to buy the photos and I couldn't decide if they were worth the money and wanted to be able to view them with my husband only he works long hours. The staff that were there for the viewing were a completely different set of people. They were harsh and manipulative and basically called me cheap for not buying the photos. Not only that but she said that if I didn't buy them that day I would loose them forever as I said I would think about it and phone up if I decided to buy. They were not accomodating at all so that my husband could view them and then when I complained I was told it was sent to the manager only to never hear from them again. WORSE COMPANY EVER. They delete any negative feedback off of their feedback wall even if you are just asking for further feedback on the stall set up in Capalaba. I have had far better photo's taken for a far more reasonable price. And Gotcha emphasises that they are the best value so that people who have never had photos taken before go to them. Knowing that we are naive and can't say no to a photo of our precious ones. They use manipulation like "if you don't buy these beautiful photos of your baby boy today you will lose them forever". NO COMPANY SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THIS KIND OF SALES TACTICS. I AM APPAULED.
