Ordered a $140 buck valentines gourmet basket surprise for my wife well in advance of Valentines Day. Well, the surprise is my wife wont receive it on Valentines Day (she will be so thrilled to not receive it I'm sure!!!!). Last time I ever use gourmet basket.

Worst customer service. Their courier left my order at the front door without giving me the option to approve this. Their website says there will be a box to tick when placing an order of authority to leave but I did not get that option. My order then got stolen once delivered and I was not given an apology, offered a refund or a new box to be sent out. This was for my mothers birthday, the employees of this company including the manager have no empathy or care for their customers. They simply only care about money. They handled the situation so poorly and rudely, it is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I have worked in this industry before. I would not recommend using them to anyone, their are much nicer places out there who have compassion for their customers and are willing to go the extra mile. Stay far from this place if you don't want to be talked down to, they will offer no resolution for mistakes that have been made. Disgusting.
