Worst service of my life - I wish I had read this 2-star rating review earlier. Thanks Sue & Melissa for [redacted inflammatory comment] practices that need to be reviewed (no I don't have to give my CVV# to you over the phone - even if everyone else does).

Hung up on me 3 times & refused to take my order because I questioned their [redacted] practices.

Thanks for nothing - lost Indian Cuisine $120.

We used this room service while staying in Brisbane a few nights ago. Food took longer than they originally said, but an operator called me to advise of the delay and let me know they hadn't forgotten me. I was quite impressed. After ordering through Menulog and Deliveroo before, sometimes nothing turns up and there's no way to contact anyone. The food I ordered was a little expensive by restaurant standards, but it was really good quality and tasted great (it was Thai). I would definitely use gourmet delivery again.

After spending $140 on Pasta for myself & my family, when it was delivered, three of the main meals were incorrect & the Garlic Bread was burned. I called back to ask Gourmet Deliveries to rectify this, the operator told me they would get us another Garlic Bread but would not fix the three wrong orders as the operator I originally ordered with, had said she told me the number 8 was no longer available & the substitute would be a number 6. I spoke to [Redacted name] that told me I obviously just hadn't listened to the order when read back to me. I assured him I did listen, but was still repeatedly told thy would not be rectifying the main meals. I then asked why their website wasn't available, was this so people could not make complaints about them? He proceeded to call me stupid & hung up on me. Never will I ever go through this delivery service again!

Ordered last week while staying in Noosa. We ordered some Thai food and it arrived within the time frame they told it would. Couldn't fault it. The operators were friendly and the food tasted great. The only negative was that the meal did not automatically come with cutlery. We ordered again the next night and they made sure the restaurant put some in there. Great service. It was also nice to actually talk to a real person and not have to do anything through a phone app. I would definitely recommend them and use again.

Ordered food that was delivered in closer to 1.5 hours instead of one hour as stated. Rang to enquire (politely) where the delivery was and got some guy swearing and yelling at me calling me an idiot. The food was nice luckily but this delivery company could do with some lessons in customer service. Would never order through them again.

Unfortunately not a plesent experience at all the delivery man was nice but the phone operators were very rude we never got the estimated time of delivery got hung up on before we got it then after an hour(the place was only a 5 min drive away in the end also) rang to see what was going on and my husband was treated very rudely while on the phone enquring about our meal was being talked about to the other operators about how rude he was and I'm sorry but is t the customer always right or atleast shouldn't we be treated with some respect and common decency?? 2 meals and delivery was $90 like really a lot more than what the brochure said

rude!!!!!!
Ordered a pizza from them and when the driver arrived our room buzzer wasnt working properly ( a video image came up but no sound) and we didn't know he was there. Eventually we got our food and appoligised to the driver, he told us it was fine and he was just happy we eventually got our food. We started eating the food only to be contacted by their home base yelling at me and demanding I get down stairs now and get my food! I tried to explain that the delivery had already been made but this guy kept yelling over the top of me. I tried again to tell him that the delivery had already been made and to stop yelling at me! he then swore and hung up!
I was amazed that a customer service business could treat customers in such an aggressive and unprovoked manner!

Meal delivery to hotel- food arrived cold 25 mins later than I was told (had to phone again)- and although I was originally told I'd get a meal receipt, was refused one (just given one stating total amount, not what it was for). Sworn at and insulted by manager (!) when I tried to insist on one as promised. Was refused a refund, then hung up on. Very disappointed.
