Yang is rock!!! This is thrid time i use them. Quick friendly service with fantastic results every time. fix all of my computer problems without rolling their eyes at me once LOL. Nothing is a problem or a hassle for the Computer Help team and never hesitate to recommend them to others. I live on the opposite side of town to their office but they always seem to arrive in super quick time when I'm deep in trouble and need things fixed fast. Great work guys

I have been using Yang for a year or so now to look after both my home computers and those used in our shops. Yang is very capable and always seems to get the problem fixed. Even though sometimes i think the system is beyond recovery.

I contacted frank, following a recommendation from a friend, as my old PC was not working at all following a thunder storm. The PC had previously been running very slowly for a while and I kept getting high memory usage messages and shut down itselfs sometimes.

Frank came to the house and performed a diagnostic test on the PC in situ. He then advised that he would need to take the PC tower away as it appeared that the motherboard had failed. He said he would contact me the next day to discuss my options. Ke kept his promise and called the next day to explain my options. I made the decision to go with a complete new PC replacement. This was then built by Rob and installed by him one week later. I now have a much faster PC which has been set up for me. Frank also retrieved all of my previous files.

I rate Rob's service very highly and it is especially good for someone like me who uses a PC, but doesn't have the knowledge, or the patience, to set it up by themself.

I would thoroughly recommend Frank's service to anyone who is looking for a personal service from a person who knows what he is doing and is able to explain in plain English to non techies like myself.

My Stone laptop stopped working properly and the problem was diagnosed and repaired within a day. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as I thought I would have to buy a new machine but it is now running so much more quickly than before. I'll be recommending Yang to everyone I know.

We jumped on to Womo at 10am, searched for a computer fix it person & based on previous reviews, rang Frank at Gr8 Computer Services. He was so polite & even though he was already booked out today, he offered to come after 5pm as we told him we were heading overseas on Wednesday. It's now 7:30 pm & our computers are both fixed & running super smooth & fast. He worked on 2 computers simultaneously. We've never seen anyone use a mouse in their left hand & in their right hand at the same time. Amazing. Lovely guy & brilliant service. Very Very Happy.

Frank is the best computer tech I've ever had. I've always had problems with my PC. It had 2 speeds: slow and stop and it kept making this annoying grinding noise. Several computer repairmen I had hired before couldn't notice or fix the noise. After Frank was done, my computer ran quiet, smooth and faster than when it was new!

Frank is a real pro. He was really patient with all my questions and concerns. He was generous with his recommendations, and fixed all the problems big and small. It was worth every cent!

Yang is fantastic, I can highly reccomend him; Took a liquid damaged laptop that needed cleaning and resoldering of some connections. He was very friendly, extremely professional and stayed open late so I could take my laptop home that day. He really knew what he wasdoing and were very efficient.

I was having an issue getting the IPhones to synch correctly with my Exchange 2003 Server. After struggling with the configuration and going down the wrong path I performed a search on google (womo) found frank who had me up and running in approximately 25 minutes. I am finally glad to find a company who can help me when I hit a brick wall.

i upgraded my windows 7 to 8. have difficult to use win8 system. Called franrk and he came promptly, showed me the way to use it and simplified the win8 same as windows7. also helped me instlled printer and setup up as air print. Now i can even use my iphone to print. very happy with his services.
