I used Isles Lethbridge for their conveyancing services for the purchase of my first home and I was VERY UNHAPPY with the result. I found the staff to be unhelpful. After procuring their services and depositing money into their account, I had to constantly chase them for information as to what was going on. They did not contact me of their own accord once. When I rang up several times to inquire, their administrative staff were very unfriendly verging on rude. The paralegal who I was dealing with went on leave just before my settlement date without telling me, making the stressful situation of buying a first home even more stressful! I was sent documents with spelling mistakes, incorrect dates and missing pages (and only after I had chased them up for the documents). Also, a couple of weeks after settlement, I was sent an invoice for more money. I wrote an email to ask for clarification as to what the extra payment was for and never received a response. Four months later I was sent another letter demanding payment. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
