Ordered 2 different earrings from their website and arrived today.
First off the packaging is super cute and elegant.
The earrings I chose are absolutely stunning, perfectly described and utterly gorgeous, I already have them in cause I just couldn’t wait to wear them.
I am so happy with the pieces and will defintely be ordering again in the close future

I was just about to buy a $4000 GOLD Necklace from these guys, but after reading their realy bad reviews. NO THANKS. Not worth it.

The worst and never again. Previously bough my wedding and engagement rings from Grahams. Also was gifted an expensive Citizen watch from them. The watch band broke and took it to Tea Tree Plaza. The manager sadly is simply rude ! Did not seem interested in my watch being repaired . It took 6 weeks and I had heard nothing so I called them to be told I had two options the clasp could be fixed for $29 or a completely new band was $150. I said proceed with the $29 repair and they would call when it was ready. Four weeks passed and nothing from the store, again called the store same manager Miranda as rude as ever abruptly said it no longer able to fix it for $29 would be $150. I asked why no phone call she could not answer me. So said don’t worry about it just give it back. Weeks have passed still no call! Even called regional manager and they said they take complaints very seriously sadly still no phone call. Sadly never will go back and will tell anyone to avoid like the plague a disgrace !!!!!

After having a horrible experience with another jeweller we decided to purchase my engagement ring from Graham's . Got a gorgeous ring on special, the staff have always been friendly when ever I get it cleaned.
I have nothing but positive experiences with them. The store is setout beautifully and very inviting.

I took 2 charms in to have new rings put on them and the chain they were worn on. It cost me $75 for the 2 rings on the charms and no cost for the chain which had kept coming undone. I put the charms on the chain and later realised that all had gone from around my neck, I found the charms down my top but never found the chain. I emailed Graham's 3 times to complain and never even got one reply. This is disgraceful as I have been a long time customer of this jewellers. I at least expected an apology as this chain was given to me by my late husband.
