I have been going to this clinic for years and have always found the staff to be friendly, on time and helpful. I always like what i have done there and no one hassles me to buy products. Jothi does the best eyebrow wax and the prices are good.

I find the management there very unfriendly and unprofessional. Because after I had my facial treatment, I went straight up to the counter to pay them (I also thanked one of staff for doing my facial treatment), but the management didn't accept it just yet. They wanted me to buy their facial products. Obviously I had a tight budget. I only came there for a facial treatment, not to spend more money on other products. With their kind of attitude towards me, I find it very unfriendly and unprofessional. This made me not go there again. They should not force customers to buy their products if they don't want to and it is really something they should address if they want to keep their customers.

I've began doing my facial a few months ago. After it was done and a few hours later, I noticed swelling in some parts of my face. It was bulgy and red, so I had to wear lots of makeup to hide them whenever I went out (which annoyed me so much). I then later had craters on my left cheek, chin, forehead and nose. Basically my whole face had caters, my skin looked so worn out and disgusting. I didn't want to ring them and complain, because I thought they might do nothing about it. They probably won't give me a refund and say oh, well, don't worry, facials are like that, it will heal over time...etc etc. But it never healed. I want my money back!! I regret going to that place. I look so hideous, my side and front face is somewhat completely destroyed. I completely lost all my confidence. I have low self esteem. I can't look at anyone in their eyes for a long time. I have to look down, step away or end the conversion quickly. I try to disconnect myself from my friends now so I don't have to face them and feel uggghh! I hate it so much. All I wanted was my skin to clear up because I had a few blemishes, but guess what?? It's gone worse!!!!!!! I want to complain to the Grand Plaza Skin and Beauty management but it's kind of too late now, because I've just had my second visit at another beauty salon 2 week ago in Garden City, and now my skin is beginning to look visibly clearer and smooth. I'm so happy now. I thought I was stuck with my red and hideous face forever but now it finally fixed. Never going back to that BP's Skin and Beauty again.

Wonderful ! great prices, great service and excellent results ! very friendly. I would recommend it to everyone ! I wouldnt go anywhere else
