I needed specially cut coping tiles for my pool. Simon (Director) drew up plan’s and design of exactly what I needed. When the coping come in....it wasn’t right! But Simon jumped onto it and rectified the problem and got it back on its way. Although it put me back 2 months I was kept up to date by Natasha and Sarah and received the coping as promised and without any further problems.....great people to deal with.....Thanks guys
