I had my eyes tested multiple tests, those staff were great!
When my my multi-focal spectacles were made, I was unable to read with them. reading lenses in wrong position. I returned to the store to ask for a correction, The young lady looking after me was friendly. Then an older woman jumped in and told me I just had to get used to them. My previous (OPSM) spectacles were much better. I then told the older woman I wanted a refund, which I received in due course.
Went back to OPSM and got a pair of multi-focals that were really good!

Great place to go to have your eyes tested. They also have a great range of contact lenses and spectacles to choose from and are all priced very reasonably! Friendly staff are always a great thing and this place definitely has friendly staff that are more than happy to help. Highly recommend to anybody in the Tamworth area looking for a thorough optometrist that doesn't charge the earth for their service. I bought my last pair of transition lenses here and they are great.
