2 of us ordered well done steaks, $78 a pop, this is what we got.
Told the young Asian guy who took our orders
Said he’d tell the manager
Never heard or saw anything from anyone
Just the bill from the grumpy mature age lady
Wow you guys really know how to discourage repeat business
All 7 of us have posted all over social media
The other 4 steaks not much better and tough as old boot leather
Extremely disappointing and expensive night out, never again

My family went here for lunch on Christmas Day. It was $100 per person. Love the pictures on the walls. The food was pretty good. My sister complained because it took so long for the empty plates to be removed from the tables but there was a lot of people there. Some of the cups we were provided with for water had bits of dirt in them.

There seems to be a number of staff working here but they do not come across experienced. There is delays with greeting you & taking your order, they do not explain the specials to you & need to learn customer service. The food is very nice so they have that going for them, I guess my feedback is the same as the below writer. If you pay over $30 for a steak you expect the service to be satisfactory, in my case it was below average.

Servie is lacking, the staff are not very friendly and although there is a number of staff working they do not come to your table to take a drink order or to see if everything is ok. The food is very nice, however the service needs improving.
