Last week i visited this company. I have one year old carpet. I thought this carpet no one can clean as like new. But Green Co carpet cleaning has proved that they are very good service provider and cleaned my carpet as like new.

Sam is one of the loveliest people you will meet. We've had him clean our carpets 4 times now and the we are always completely thrilled with the outcome. He is honest with you from the start about what he can and can't do so once he's finished your expectations have been met.

We used Sam to clean 4 bedroom carpets, stair carpets, a rug, 2 arm chairs, and 4 matresses. The quality of the work was excellent. Sam turned up on time, did the work quickly and was very easy to deal with. We'll definitely use this company again.

I had my three-level, 3 bedroom, townhouse carpet steamed cleaned. Haven't had them professionally cleaned for 6 years & they came up like brand new!

We have used this company for a few years now to get our office carpet cleaned.
Sam is always reliable and I just know he will come a do a great job with no fuss. Very easy to deal with.

He was extremely punctual, courteous and the work was performed well. I would highly receommend this company for any carpet cleaning requirements.

I specifically chose this company as they also did curtains which was required as we were moving out and we didn't have time to do it ourselves.
They came late, about an hour late. When they came the guy came and looked through and that's when the annoyance started. He said the carpets in the lounge and dining area were heavily soiled so would need heavy/industrial cleaning. He said that the bedrooms were fine but that they couldn't just do an industrial clean in one area then a normal in the other (obviously a rip off tactic).
He looked at the curtains and said he thinks I would get a better result doing it myself. I said I didn't have the time which is why I requested their service. The backings on our curtains were the problem area but he said he could only do the front, I said no I want the backings done only, he obviously wasn't keen on cleaning curtains so I don't know why they say they do them.
He went on and on about the carpets needing industrial cleaning, at this point we were running out of time before our final inspection so I said fine, however the price he quoted me was much less than what the final cost was. I had to leave it with my husband who went through the exact same conversation with the guy, it was rather annoying.
The final cost was more than quoted. He said the carpets did look good so I guess they did a good job but it's not like it was better than other places.
My advice, if you don't need curtains cleaned don't bother with this company and if you have time get the curtains cleaned yourself as they really didn't like doing them and it wasn't really worth the price of $180 for 2 sets of curtains.
I did look a the reviews beforehand and they seemed to have good customer service but that was the opposite to my experience. I walked away with that feeling that you just got ripped off.

When I went to post this review it told me that Greenco were in some kind of happy customer program and did I want to wait to get a response from them first before posting so I did wait but had no response so here it is, my review, honest and true.

Hi Selenamc, while other reviews speak highly of the afore-mentioned business, it is apparent that your experience falls (shockingly) short. A tardy worker is a sign of disrespect and it would have been etiquette for the company in question to call you (ahead of time) to notify you of the respective delay and offer an appropriate apology. The price paid for cleaning ‘two’ sets of curtains sounds a little extravagant to us and having to argue to get them done is beyond belief. One is left to assume that the business in question can afford to be ‘picky and choosy’ with jobs. While we personally believe that WOMO’s ‘Happy Customer Program’ poses a potential ‘conflict of interest,’ it is how they make their money, so little can be altered in this respect. Irrespective of this, we thank you kindly for your honest, candid review and hope that it remains active on the WOMO website. In closing, we strongly recommend that all quotations be obtained in writing, as this helps prevent any (future) price discrepancy. Regards, Reeces

We have two young children which means we need to often call carpet cleaners to remove stains which we can not remove ourselves.
Sam was very professional because he arrived on time and was polite and listened to what we needed done.

He completed the job and provided us with instructions on how to maintain the carpet in the future. In addition, he removed some stains our previous carpet cleaner could not remove. They told us they are permanent and removing them would damage the carpet. Sam looked at these carpet stains, scratched his head - went to his van; got a bottle came back and and removed them in a few minutes. When we told him the previous cleaner could not remove it; he just smiled.

Sam exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the job. It is clear he takes pride in his work especially when he stood back and looked at the carpet with a big smile on his face. We will definitely be using his services again.

Excellent service from Greenco Carpet Cleaning, Was impressed at the outcome once the cleaning was completed they also spent that additional extra time to remove stains others had previously attempted with no luck. Would high recommend to anyone. thanks again see you next time round. regards Harry
