I was quoted by this company on installation and supply of security cameras system for my hair salon. They where never on time, (delay up to 2,5 Hours )
install cameras not us described in quotation ( much cheaper range not included particular functions needed ) They lie to me about this cameras.
Never use drop sheet, create a lot of mess, and damage some paint on the walls. In the end after 2,5 weeks of crap i have tolled this people to get they fake cameras and get out.
That's my experience with this company.
And I WANT TO LET EVERY BODY KNOW ABOUT THIS CROOKS

How ever what actual happened was: The cameras suggested for your premises was correct, but your family member (wife) did not want the cameras as they appeared too big (WDR), we then provided any version of WDR cameras that was small and matched with the inside of the shop.
You or your wife again did not want the cameras to be placed "on the best position of view" and sugested another - after the tech. explained it would only cover 80% of the view - you /wife/brother inlaw signed off and acepted this position (video was showen on how the view would be)
Once the cameras were up your wife/brother inlaw changed their minds, again.
At this stage we explained in regards to why we were unable to cover the remainder 20% of view (again) and suggested other options.
Your wife/brother inlaw did not agree with the reqirements of the tech.
Our tech. went out of his way on more then 3 times and started work after 6pm and worked till 9pm (which we do not have any problems with).
What is suggested you do: be 100% sure with the product and see the product work before installing in your shop, have a look at the design and shape/colour at our shop/warehouse and see how it works what the product can and can not do.
This way any issues can be dealt with before hand.
Also noted: Mr Vlad was not charged for the labour charges in this matter.
