Craig is very friendly, knowledgeable and always gives GREAT ADVICE AND GREAT SERVICE.

A few years ago, we bought a mandarin tree that a possum/rat then chewed and nearly killed. Craig kindly took it back and nursed it in his nursery for months and saved it for us - we replanted it again and years on, it is still alive.

Another time, Craig advised the best place to plant a weeping cherry in our garden, picked out the best one - and explained why it was so, delivered it, helped us plant it and years on, it is thriving.

Another time, I had seen a tree I liked in a neighbour's garden and wanted to get one for our garden. I rang Craig, he drove past the address I gave him, identified the tree for me - and then advised us NOT to buy one - that tree had an aggressive root system and produced suckering trees, which would be a disaster for our garden ....

We need to support our local nurseries or they won't be around when we need them. Can you really get this level of expertise and service from hardware store nurseries???

The boss told me he will charge me fixed price for $280 to remove a shrub and plant some hedges I bought elsewhere. They later charged me $650 for hourly rate despite they have put the agreed value on their diary and denied that. They threatened to burn down my plants if I refuse to pay. Knowing where I'm living, I won't risk my family for such low tradesmen. But I want to warn the community of such doggy tradesman who are so low and without integrity. I advise to have FORMAL quote black and white and a bodyguard to protect your interest if you decide to deal with them.
