Great place to buy horse food. The quality is usually excellent and the staff are always helpful and honest. I've been shopping there for years. Would recommend them.

Greensborough Grain Store salesman genuinely cares about making a customer as happy as possible. I work in customer service and I will give this guy 10/10. He is the best, goes out of his way to help others.

For the past 5-6 yrs I've only gone in to buy my cat's food about once a month or so, but every time I do I'm always greeted with a smile and a friendly “hello,….” and the staff are always happy to help out with anything I need. And most of the time this involves interest in my pet or some light hearted humour, it makes my day!
