I just wanted to personally thank Dr Fernando on the great job he does as my GP, he is very proffessional and extremely knowledgeable , he deserves a big thank you for going that extra step to help his patients out, job well done and keep up the good work

I needed dressings after knee operation. Dr and nurse attended with kindness and care.

The way I was taken care for the near infection, felt simply grateful !! Bulk billing though waiting time was 25 minutes.

My treating Doctor's name is Dr Zahid Hussain who has been my GP for many years I am extremely happy with the care Dr Hussain delivers.

What stands out at Greenvale Medical Centre is over the last few months I have needed urgent advice, referrals, medications etc and Dr Hussain has not been working, however my care continued, seen three different Doctor's who took the time to update themselves regarding my Diagnosis and continue to deliver outstanding care.

To all the friendly, polite and professional Reception staff a big thank you for providing reassurance when seeing a different Doctor as at times can feel owerwelming All of you represent your work colleagues (Doctor's) excellently and this provided me comfort.

It’s staff are courteous enough but the level of care could do with an upgrade.
Their never on time but with these super clinics no one should be surprised .
Back in the day family doctors would see a regular patient even when busy to take time out to provide a prescription for a sinus infection .
This clinic doesn’t . This is why our emergency departments are full because these medical centres are big on franchise but low on level of care.
It’s rather sad Really.

Great friendly staff. Always smiling and shows compassion and understanding. Doctors have been great as well.

Great medical centre that is open until late and they bulk bill too. The nurses are available to treat wounds while you wait to be seen by the doctor.

this is a great medical centre, open until midnight and always on medicare, great location as there is a pharmacy right there and the shopping centre also, the wait is never too long and the staff are great

this is a free doctor surgery, i use this doctor because of it being free and there is a chemist near it where u take you prescriptions, i recommend this medical centre to any single parent that find it hard to pay $45.00 to see a doctor.
