If you can get over the rude and extremely unhelpful reception staff, the doctors are quite good. You would think that working in an environment of vulnerable patients that the staff would be more empathetic. Instead their primary focus is payment. Refuse to assist in any other manner, such as liaising with the GP for documents.

The psychiatrist I saw at this practice has been great. She has diagnosed me correctly after years of problems. I am now feeling supported and a lot better. I would definitely recommend this practice. Parking can be a problem!

There are a number of psychiatrists using these consulting rooms and they specialise in different areas of psychiatry. In my experience the doctors are caring professionals who will try to accommodate your needs re appointment times and frequency of visits. The secretaries are excellent at running the front office, taking care of booking appointments and reminding you of your next appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and never overcrowded, ensuring you some personal space as you wait. There are toilets available on this floor as well and a new takeaway coffee bar in the ground floor foyer.
