I love going to Grill'd and often take the family there - it may seem a bit expensive for burgers but the quality is great and the service is always super friendly and quick.

Unfortunately I have to say that this take away is an establishment that we have received great service from and the last time that we went their to eat we were extremely disappointed with the customer service and attitude from one of the staff members working at the store. When we came to eat at this restaurant we were told that their were no burgers available and after we placed our order we were told that their would be an extra charge for the gluten free buns that we were told we could eat. We relunctantly placed our order and when it arrived we were rudely told that could the staff member have the table number. Very disappointed and we will possibly not be returning to this store.

Teenage grandsons chose venue as one of their favourites and we had a thoroughly delicious lunch from the extensive menu of healthy burgers, paninis and salads. They even made a special burger for Mr Fussy with just the things he wanted in it! The chips were absolutely wonderful, double fried and herbed! An extra plus is that it is in the Entertainment Book so buy one main, get one free! Will definitely go back now I have tried it out. Only minus for me was not being able to have a cup of tea with it.
