I can't recommend these guys enough. From the initial phone call with Phoebe, to the fella behind the counter to Levi coming to the house. They went over and above all the way to ensure I was looked after well after they realised I had lost my partner's keys to the toolbox and I would probably be throttled if he found out. Whilst he was away, they made sure the job was done before he got back, so you have to be thankful for amazing service like that. I didn't mind the callout fee, I take that on the chin given a funeral would be dearer lol, or a divorce, nonetheless, these guys went over and above and I am forever grateful.

I cannot recommend this company. Their work is only guaranteed for 3 months and they don't take pride in their workmanship. I had a security blocker plate installed on an aluminium door of my shop in July of 2015. By February of 2016, the summer heat was causing the door frame to expand and the faceplate of the lock was striking the door frame because the lock was moved during installation. Gronbek was great at giving excuses, but will accept no responsibility, ignoring the fact that the door was working absolutely fine every year for the previous 5 years I was there. They are great at charging above average call-out fees and will happily take your money though.

Was locked out of my shop backroom at 5:00 everything there and were there within 10 minutes and saved my life!! Even though they finish at 5! Would strongly recommend!
