My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary. They arrived at my work with one of the flower types was wilted and verging on dead. These should never have been sold. I rang the company and they agreed to replace the flowers. But the second bunch contained a flower type my husband had asked them not to use because I am allergic and more of the flowers were well past their best. I rang the company again and they admitted their error but said they would not do anything to fix it. We were very disappointed. Plenty of good florists in the area - this is not one of them.
