I bought a living plant as a sympathy gift instead of flowers.
I know COVID delays delivery, but it was a Melbourne delivery & it took 9 days to get delivered. I’m amazed the plant was still alive.
I wrote to the owner to say how disappointed I was with the experience & the response I received was Thanks for your feedback. An apology would have been nice.

Would highly recommend. Lucy was amazing, went over and above to ensure it was delivered in time for mothers day even after I missed the cut off. Was in constant communication and the delivered product was beautifully packaged and presented. 0 issues here, my goal was achieved with my mother, and she was amazed with her Chain of Hearts Buddha Bowl.

Growing Gifts changed the address of my order without checking with me. The address was incorrect. I told them the error and was assured they would fix it. They didn’t. As a result my fragile living gift has been sitting in a depot for many days, and nobody contacted me to let me know. I had to painstakingly chase it up with the depot and the couriers myself and I still have no idea if the plant is okay or if/when it will be delivered to my friend. Do not recommend - the customer service and quality assurance levels are way too low for the high prices.

We ordered our gift and received it within 24 hours. (from Melbourne to Adelaide) Looks fabulous and will definitely use growing gifts again. Thank you

I would not recommend this business. Poor customer service, poor delivery time frames, although they do state same day and next day delivery. I am yet to receive my order as the courier will take more than 2 days to deliver. Mind you, the distance the courier needs to make to deliver said item is 30km, yet it takes over 2 days from despatch to delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not buy from here again.

My order which was a present to be delivered on the date of a special occasion was never delivered by the courier on time. When I followed up a couple of days later and expressed my extreme disappointment and asked for the refund, they agreed to the refund and cancelled the delivery of the gift which was on board with the courier about to be delivered and had it returned interstate. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but customer service was poor and there was no good will gesture offered. I would not recommend this service if you are relying on the delivery on a particular date for a special occasion.

This is an online site which delivers beautiful growing plants as opposed to flowers. I sent a beautiful potted plant with handmade pepbles to my grandmother when her sister died, as I wanted to send something that would live and grow instead of a random bouquet of flowers. This business has a wonderful variety of beautiful plants and herbs, plus other small gifts to accompany if you wish. Recommended.
