Food was average. Staff even more average. Went there as a party of 12 with only about another 15 people in the restaurant, so wasn't that busy. Staff inattentive and disinterested. Forgot some desserts and then when they were brought out to the table forgot to bring spoons. Won't return.

Finally went to this place after thinking about it for months. It was a Wednesday morning so it was nice and quiet. Looking over the green watching the golfers is always a nice experience and the prices are cheap! $16 for a meal and pot or about $12-$14 for a cooked lunch! Although we have not tried the lunches, the coffee was weak which was a shame, though i think the girl may have been just learning. I would go back again but order the coffee double shot. The only thing I was unimpressed with was the staff they were so stand-offish....it was like walking into a countrytown and your the outsider. No matter how much we tried to be friendly we got nothing. ON a brighter note the melting moment we had was delish! All up I think our two large coffees, baby cino and biscuit was like $12 we mentioned that she might not have charged us enough but were assured it was right! Will try and again!

We have been to this restaurant for dinner, lunch and afternoon tea several times over the last 8 years and find it quite inconsistent. We had a pleasant dinner last time but an awful lunch the time before that. We had ordered steaks for lunch (expensive end) and asked for them medium but they came very well done with over cooked chips. It's frustrating cause its such a lovely spot but the inconsistency has stopped us from wanting to go again!

Worth going to their cheap Thursday nights. It took awhile to order but the food was great and it was really cheap. Don't know if I would be so enthusiastic if I had paid full price for the meal but it was a pleasant place with a great view

Excellent food with great views overlooking golf course,Close to home with easy access , also a very good golf course to play at,The menu has a good varety of wich is of high quality along with great service
