What is life coaching?

It is NOT a feel-good, indulgent pep-talk intended to make others feel better, but instead a valid path to self-improvement which focuses people on achieving their goals, overcoming obstacles, and confronting the responsibility they need to take in their own lives.

Unfortunately, many of us didn't have the chance to learn healthy communication and the ability to experience a secure relationship.

We didn't learn about different types of personalities and how to communicate with them. This creates problems in our relationships because all we learned was to win and be right.
