We recently discovered dampness on the other side of our bathroom wall. I came across Gareth's details via Google and called him to discuss and seek a quote. I had an issue with a suspected blocked gas linephoned Gareth in the morninghe was there the same afternoonit was one of those awkward type jobshard to isolate the location of the problembut it was never to hardhe perseveredfound and fixed the blockagepointed out another minor leak at the gas meterpressure checked his workthoroughly cleaned up after he finished and charged a very reasonable rate. My next job is a bathroom renovationfrom previous reviews and from the efforts he went to today I will certainly use GT Plumbing and Gas Service.

I was so impressed with his professionalism the very high quality of his work his punctuality his reliability his respect for his clients and his helpful positive attitude. It was such a lovely surprise to have a trades professional who left our home tidy at the end of each day and did things when he said he would. We recently had Gareth complete a renovation of our bathroom toilet and laundry. We were impressed that we only had to deal with one person for the gyprock tiling and plumbing. Highly Recommend Our hot water service stopped working on a Saturday and we searched for local plumbers rang GT Plumbing and Gareth was around within 30 minutes(even though getting ready for a family Birthday party) and had the problem fixed in no time . Our gas hot water service sprung a leak recently on a Sunday morning. Not wanting to pay exorbitant call out fees on a Sunday I emailed a gentleman I found in our local Flagstaff Hill area asking him to call on Monday morning. To my surprise I received a call from Gareth that afternoon asking what the problem was and I explained we had no hot water. Much to my amazement he said he could call around in half an hour and fit a temporary electric heater to get us through until he could fit a new gas hot water service. He arrived within 30 minutes and disconnected the old unit and installed the temporary electric one. He did not charge a Sunday call out fee or for the cost of using the temporary unit. Gareth was just so helpful cooperative and friendly like having someone you had known for years to do the work. As he was already contracted to do other work in the next few days he agreed to have the new unit delivered here and he would install it as soon as he was available. By the Wednesday evening he had been and installed the new unit and we had unlimited hot water for showers again.
