I had a faulty door that i wanted fixed on rental property that as a tenant i fought should be fixed so I rang my agent and was told I,d just have to wait I then tried to explain that it was compromising the security of the property and I have to go to them when they gave me every excuse under the sun like it,s Friday afternoon, no one will come to fix it on a Saturday from which I explained that it was unacceptable and asked to speak to management they then said no there's no one here and hung up upon trying to call back the phones had all been turned to after hours service.So now I,m in Tarree hoping no on has broken in over weekend.Needless to say my partner and I are not impressed!
