Guess

I received an email about the Guess sale via the email list. I scheduled in my diary to make sure I went. I bought a handbag $149.95 and a shirt for my hubby $29.95, I made sure that the shirt could be exchanged on sizes and they advised as long as its within 7 days. I went back exactly on the 7 days to exchange for a larger size for hubby and to my horror my bag that I bought was now $99.95. I asked wy didnt I receive an email? Can I exchange and buy again. I simply was told this is the way it is. What I didnt get was that signing up to the email list should mean that we get good/better discount than others. But on this occasion I get and email for a so called sale but the ACTUAL GOOD SALE is the the weekend after.

Excellent service with staff only too happy to help. However the range of clothes sometimes varies from excellent where I find lots of things I like to a season where most of the clothes look too odd to wear.
