So I recently got one of there specials for foils. I turned up to my appointment and I asked what the deal included the staff mentioned unlimited foils for $140 and I mentioned i thought it was $170 because I have long hair (silly me) then I wanted a full head of blonde and brown and 1 foil of purple. Turns out unlimited foils is only 1 colour or you pay for the extra foils. So I went with just a full head of blonde foils just a little bit lighter then my regrowth and a purple foil. The customer service was good conversation wise but when I came out with peroxide white and yellow hair and a purple foil that hadn't worked I wasn't happy! I called a couple of days later and told then I was not happy as there guarantee is to fix it for free. Went back they put a toner over which turned my hair brown and on top of that charged me another $30 So all up I payed $200 for a faded brown colour! Today I recieved a $10 gift voucher for me and a friend for visiting there salon well I will definitely not be spending more at your salon!

I have been going to Rach at Guys and Dolls for many years now. I totally trust her with my hair, and I am very particular about who messes with my looks! I know that she's not going to let me leave without being absolutely happy, and I trust her to tell me when I'm pushing my hair limits. The rest of the staff are always super nice, and give the best head massages! I drive down from Perth several times a year just to get a service I know I can trust and will love! Keep up the great work ladies! Xo

I keep coming back because Rachael & the staff are so friendly, provide such great customer service & always make sure I leave 100% happy with my new hair do!!! I recently had my hair and makeup done for a wedding, my hair looked terrific but unfortunately for me I didn't have a test done of my makeup. When my husband came to pick me up he thought I was only half way done and was amazed I was finished. His comment that it made me look 10 years older and my son didn't recognised me put me in panic mode. As mother of the bride this was my treat for me and now I was left with 20 minutes to repair the mask I was now wearing and come out smiling for my daughters special day

Clean salon with great atmosphere and friendly staff. Staff are very professional in their work and don't comprimise on quality. Can't wait to try out those massage chairs...
