My family have been frequent customers at this location for the past two years. I would compare the burritos (especially the beans) to 'Chipotle' restaurants in the U.S. (and I am NOT a fan of Chipotle). Having lived in California where delicious, authentic Mexican food is available on practically every corner, I may be a bit biased against this style of cuisine. :) It's passable, but not great.

The last few times we visited, there was a noticeable decline in quality (e.g., 'spicy' chicken had become rather bland, and there seemed to be less meat in the burritos than previously), so we have stopped eating there for the time being; we may decide to give them another shot at some point in the future, to see if things have improved. I'll update my review when that happens.

Delicious! Always extremely tasty food with lots of sauces/extras available to make it the way you like. Highly recommend! Never been disappointed with food at Guzman.

I didn't like the flavours of the food there. I think it wasn't worth it what i payed for the food.The service was really good.The staffs were really useful.

Burrito bowl is always a favorite of mine...especially if you dont want to eat a wrap. The spicey chicken goes really well! I think the prices are little too high, considering it is a form of 'fast food' but i guess the quality is pretty good. The frozen beverages are always a good idea too :-)

Cheap, tasty and fast food. Finally tried their burritos and was not disappointed. The frozen margarita will blow your socks off

Sunday 27/5/12 - lunchtime - we weren't overly hungry, so ordered the Chicken Guerrero Burrito (Mild) with Avocado - I had heard about Guzman Y Gomez from a co-worker and thought "why not" - can't wait to go back - burrito was beautiful and soft/light and the filling was amazing! Great work guys - keep up the good work - can't wait 'til there's a store closer to home - how about Westfield Chermside? Anytime soon?
