We booked appointment for my daughter who is just 18 months over here before 1-2 weeks and after getting confirmation by text I filled online form as the front reception staff told me to do..but when Tuesday morning at 9.45 Am I reached there with my daughter and wife the front staff gave me a form again to fill ...I was doing that when suddenly they asked me don't u have medicare card I told them "no" and after that they told me then sorry doctor can't see ur daughter ..I told them I am happy to pay for doctor fees or I have Bupa insurance which I mention before in ur online link ..
But still they told no doctor can't see...
This is really a rediculous service by there reception...if someone wait for 1-2 weeks to show there 18 months daughter to doctor then u mention this thing to there parents that doctor can't check her ...what the he... is this...?? Who's fault was there...
I was totally feeling like a looser father..
So very very disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone who don't have value of anyone feelings and don't know how to deal with patients with proper info ..

Jenny Smiley is one of the rare doctors who REALLY cares about her patients. You may have to wait a few minutes in the waiting room, but she's worth the wait. A very thorough and caring doctor, you feel as if you are part if her family. The nurse and reception staff always greet me by name and make me feel very welcome. She doesn't open her books very often, but if she does, I would highly recommend switching to her.

Great practice but very tough to get into. Dr Jenny Smiley has gone above and beyond for me in the past. They have a couple of doctors there I think now. Her secretary went above and beyond for me as well. They have a nurse who does vaccinations there also. Always check the vaccinations being administered to confirm they are the correct ones however, this is best practice wherever you go anyway. Lovely older home style centre. Highly recommended if you can get in.
