And they manage to make everything taste fantastic. Real talent.
I've recently had a Raw Australian bush salad, and whilst it contained all sorts of raw ingredients including some native australian bush sounding components, it was not only extremely healthy but also extremely delicious.
And for those who are more tradition, never fear there are still options on the menu. Gypsey makes its own house made crumpets, served with butter & ironbark maple syrup. It takes 15mins and comes out fresh and hot.
