Don't waste you money. They have me back my car after a service and it was ticking so loud when I got home I didn't want to risk driving it back. They charged me for the tow and the labour to fix the problem.

Found myself in a spot of bother travelling from NSW to Nth QLD, had broken down & my car was towed to the merc dealership in Toowoomba - after 3 days of the dealership not even looking at the vehicle I googled and found HM. Kurt, Rhys & the team although extremely busy took the time to help me. My situation was resolved without any serious mechanical work required, but Kurt made sure that before I set off my vehicle was ready for the long trip ahead. I cannot express how grateful I am to the HM team. I have made it my business to tell everyone about HM's great service. Thanks HM, made it home safe:)

As a single mum struggling , I know how hard it can be when it comes to getting your car fixed at a reasonable price and place! These guys are the best . Kirk and his team have looked after me so well over the past few days. My car was running perfectly fine and then all of a sudden wouldn’t start. Excellent customer service. They fit me in the day after I called up and had the job done nice and early so I could drive to work after lunch. Very friendly employee. Explained what parts were in good condition and which ones were not and quoted reasonable prices.

We have a troublesome Peugeot and the team have always treated us fairly and been transparent and honest in terms of the car's care.
Recently, my wife was stranded near a major street when the car lost power amidst warning signs/symbols on the dash and needed to be towed to Humphreys.
Not only did the boys slip the job in early, we received a call to pick it up less than 2 hrs later. They deleted all the relevant codes, rebooted and test drove the car for 20 mins to see if things had improved. Fortunately, they had.
And for service of that calibre and promptness, how much did it cost? Nothing.

They are very professional at the job and try to give you the best deal when trying to fix your car. The staff are all very friendly.

Quality service every time. Always take the time to talk you through and show you what they've done. Just a real genuine team that take the time and effort to look after their customers.

Kirk and his team are great. I highly recommend them as they are very thorough and explain everything clearly so you know exactly what they've done and why. They found the cause of a problem my car had that another mechanic group couldn't find (and still charged me for). I can't recommend them enough.

On our travels around Australia, I had reason to have the air brakes on my Fifth wheeler serviced and adjusted.
On calling Kirk, he arranged to call in on a certain day for assessment.
He looked at the vehicle on arrival, assessed the work to be done and had it completed in a very short time. In doing so he explained what was being done and gave tips on how to manage the braking system in future.
I highly recommend Kirk and staff to carry out any work on your vehicle.
