Most of the job was done well, however one simple light switch fixed, broke upon first use. I got them back out to fix it and they charged me a full call out fee and repair charges again. It broke again on first use - no abuse. Haines had no apologies and said they would send someone out to fix it for a full call out and repair charges again. Forget it. Beware of no warranty from these guys - pay over and over for the one job still not fixed? Once bitten, twice shy.

I have recently had business dealings with Haines Electrical which I believe to the worst commercial experience in years. I had no other choice but to commence legal action against this company as I felt the professional conduct of this commercial contractor was appalling. I strongly recommended avoiding all dealings with this business.
