Love this place!!!! Every time I go in they make me feel like a celebrity when I walk out . Never left unhappy . Girls are friendly and funny . And the coffee is amazing ! They offered helpful products and give you 25% off every 5th purchase . I have had move to Perth now and am stuggeling to find anyone near as good=( Definitely recommend HBS . Especially Rheannon !

Highly recommend this great salon, after being fooled by other salons in the area and having terrible experiences with my hair, i came to this salon to redo another hairdressers bad colour and shocking cut. They listen to your needs and actually help, i will definately be going back there and ill be sending all my friends and family.

After having a look at their website I thought this place looks promising so my expectation was quite high. When booking I had an option in getting a senior stylist for an additional fee, which I was fine about. You have your initial consultation with the stylist so I brought a picture along requesting I get my hair cut the same length in the picture, she just quickly glimpsed at it and that was it. So come to getting it cut, she asks me how much do I want off and what style do I want? Not looking again at the picture I showed her, I was thinking um hello didn't I tell you this at the beginning? I hate places that try to sell you every product under the sun, it is off putting,and this is what she did big time. So after my cut it was okay nothing great. I don't know but it just didn't feel like hair that had been just cut hard to explain! I then get home go to the mirror only to discover the permanent hair colour I had got didn't even cover my gray hairs, I am very annoyed especially paying over $200.00 for a cut, colour and blow dry. Yes the place is nice but don't be fooled by it, I would rather go to a less flash place and get my hair cut by someone who knows what they are doing, that's what they need to do concentrate on haircutting and not decorating.Also it is really off putting hearing all of the staff talking about their private lives the whole time you are getting your haircut very unprofessional.

I've been to HBS a lot of times and they're all amazing hair stylists and great people. i always have a great time when i'm there. A bit expensive but i feel at ease going to a place that i know will take care of me and my needs. I defintely think they're worth the money.

wow!! what an experience. Everything from IPL, Botox through to Protein hair treatment. I have certainly found my one stop shop. This is definately a beautiful hair and beauty spa. The staff are so friendly and the service is sooo good. Cant wait to visit again.
