If you want the best micro tip hair extensions Allison is the person to see!! I very rarely write reviews but felt that it was important after I had a bad experience with a well known, very expensive Sydney hair dresser. Allison came to the rescue and fixed the hair extension mess that they had left my hair in. The hair that Allison uses is far superior to any other hair that I have tried. The positioning of the extensions is always perfect ( unable to see any extensions when I wear my hair in a ponytail ) and there is never any discomfort. I am extremely particular with who I use to install my hair extensions. I have tried many different installers and many different types of hair and I would consider Allison to be the absolute BEST!!

SO disappointed with this service! I was looking forward to having hair extensions applied via the mobile service, as I have 4 young children & really wanted to have long hair & do something for "me". Unfortunately, within the first week - I lost 15 shrink tube extensions without even having to tugg them! They just kept falling out! they told me it was "obviously something I was or wasn't doing properly" but I can assure anyone, I was SO careful, gentle & used the correct products advised by them. They came to fix them, but did try to charge me $40 until I complained this was unfair! Finally they agreed.. But when they came over, it was obvious they were not happy. This happened AGAIN - embarrassing pieces of hair, continuing to just fall from my head! I had them back again. For the first 2 months I had a head of hair which resembled a mullet! Soon enough, I was due for maintenance. They charge $130 just to pop the extensions up, but tried to add another $45 on top of my cost in travel fees! When they stated it would be $175 just for maintenance (after months of extensions falling out AND serious matting) I kindly responded saying it was a bit much & would get back to them. Did not even have the curtesy to respond! They were not very friendly, always in an obvious rush... Does not straighten the extensions with your hair once in, like my previous hair dresser, does NOT give you the "care pack" with loop brush as do advertised.... Nothing! Just a complete waste of money & heartache, the worst thing, was that I could not find another specialist who still does the shrink tubes on the coast.... So, I had to rip them all out myself. Now..I have short, damaged hair and a big pile of extensions hardly used! SO devastated I hadn't looked in to other options and businesses that provide better service & price! :(
