Clearly eatfuss29 has no idea and has nothing better to worry about. I have been a client of Hair By Hayley for many years and have always found her service to be exactly as it should be. Appointment times are adhered to which is important. She does not overbook and keep you waiting endlessly to be served. I am happy to go there, even though i live a 45mins away, knowing that i will not be wasting half a day waiting around. Her prices are great and she is attentive to your needs. Her doors are closed only as a measure of security and she will always open the door for you cheerfully and welcomingly when she sees you at the door. I give this business the "thumbs up" and would highly recommend it to anyone - which i have done in the past. My Aunty travels from Manly to Greystanes to see Hayley.....now that is saying something!

I agree with JP - best hair salon in G'Stanes. 100% agree Hayley goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your hair and I can honestly say also you could not find a nicer person. VT spot on that security door is shut for that reason..security - its not located on a busy street or in a shopping mall, all the more reason they dont just take walk-ins and its usually by appointment only. Hayley is very well known, liked and respected in the area - she may not be big branded salon but she definitely knows how to run her business and has a large and loyal client list from way back! Not being able to fit someone in when they dont have a booking is usually a good sign that its a busy place and everybody wants Hayley to do their hair! I think eatfuss comment was pretty harsh, you cant just 'expect' to get in when it suits you and then slam the place poor and bad service just because you didnt get in when it suited you. She is doing the best she can to run a small business and I dont think your review was fair at all. stick with justcuts eatfuss!

Poor poor poor!!! Very bad service! My husband went there wanting a haircut at around 4pm and turned up only to be told it was by appointment only! Seriously? its a local hairdresser not a big branded Christopher Hanna salon! I also went wanting a cut and colour only to find her inside with clients and the door shut! No open and closing times at all! Not good for business at all and look, she now has a bad review because she cannot run her business properly!
