Never again. Not happy! This was my first visit to Haircon thinking I'd try someone local and cheaper (I normally go to elsewhere). How wrong I was to have changed. The hairdresser pulled my hair out when cutting and the way they "thinned" my hair out left what now looks like split ends all the way down my hair shaft including my fringe!! Staff burnt my ear with the straightener and even accidentally spat on me while I was getting my hair washed as staffs gossiped with the other hairdresser. Staff also got my hair cut wrong even though I explained it all to them. Finally had to find a picture from my fb to explain what I wanted. After all this, I unhappily opened my wallet to pay only to find I was getting charged $70 instead of the $40 I was quoted for a cut and blow dry on the phone. As it turns out, $40 is for wash and cut. It's an extra $30 to get ur hair blow dried, not in any particular style. Just straight. Never again. Not good. Not cheap. Not happy!

I have been going to this salon for just over 10 years and always leave with hair I wanted - looking fabulous! The staff listen to EXACTLY what you are trying to achieve with your hair and are honest. They even check how much hair you want to trim off rather than hacking into it and leaving you with a suprise like other salons. The staff make you feel welcome and not like you're an inconvenience like other salons do! They are well trained and care about their clients hair. Connie, and her staff are wonderful and I can not recommend them enough!
