Hi, I went to this salon to go two shades darker than my current hair shade (Playboy blonde), I usually dye my hair myself at home and never have had a problem doing so, I just wanted a treat. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointmnet only to be taken 45minutes later with no acknowledgement of the fact of my wait. It took two and a bit hours later after the staff acted in an unporofeesional manner, bagging out different races, cultures and pretty much everything else you could think of. After the two and a half hours and after over $100 later, the end result was dark brown on the border of black with red undertones. I am frair skinned woman with pure blue-green eyes with a small build, so you could just imagine my shock of horror. They later said that they could fix it for an additional fee-with is not legal they must fix it no matter what. They would not fix my hair at all and said ohh just give it a week or more you'll soon like it, its just a shock. I was like no honey it isn't what I asked for. They continued to say it was. It was later found out that they mixed a dark dark dark brown with a light brown with golden and red tones together. I had to pay then I went to another salon who have tryed to fix my hair, but I can not go back Playboy blonde for a min of 2 weeks (thats with using protein treatment 2-3 times a day to speed up the process). my hair is now a multi tone of crap, they are unporfessional, rudfe and gross at the salon. I would not suggest anybody go there, ohh in addition I had dye on my face and my neck and they wopuld not wipe it until I asked and asked and asked they wiped it later, but my skin is dyed in sections and my Playboy style is no longer. I called back the next day and told the manager who said ohh I'll look into it, call me back. It's her job to call me back on the other way around. I called her back and said ohh we have a 7day policy we could of fixed it but you went to another salon who damaged your hair. I said no honey I went to your salon that damaged my hair and your staff said there was nothing they could do due to their policy is not to fix the hair if clientele are un-happy about it. In addition she said that in an environment like that you should expect to be exposed to racist comments etc, I was sitting there with my dark partner, who didn't like their attitude eirther. Please do not go here, regardless of the student and senior benefits, I went because I am a Uni student; now the expense of my hair getting done twice, treatments and the third time in two weeks hopefully will be nearly $500, which would of been better spent on my fees and wedding plans.

I love the staff at Hair Creations. Tash is awesome and so creative. Everyone is so lovely, the complimentaries are tasty and the atmosphere isn't awkward but really friendly! The first time I went in was just for a consultation and the person I spoke with was SO helpful and friendly- she actually wanted to help me. I went in just for a cut + blow out but I also received: -a massage while my hair was being washed -a complimentary cappuccino + cookies -amazing hair -great service
