Value or money, definitely 5 stars. Service from Puja, definitely 5 stars. She's just lovely and is so kind to customers and asks questions to decide what you want but she'll make recommendations too. Small wait at times for drop ins but it's worth it. Thanks Puja for your service.

I had my hair foil done today, I am very happy with the result. Amitha has done a very good job with my hair. Gone above her service considering there are many clients being attended to. I really appreciate the effort you have done Amitha.

I have now been attending Hair Edge in Ballarat for over three years. I have loved their service and friendly, kind professionalism so much that I attend EVERY WEEK (COVID lockdown's excepted). My hair is now healthier and easier to care for than it has ever been in my life.

I have been saddened at the rudeness that this lovely team must at times deal with. They handle these difficult situations kindly and firmly, and always make every attempt to work with their clients to keep everyone happy. They work incredibly hard to maintain their services in the face of low staff numbers (due to there being a lack of hair dressers in Ballarat), and, at times busy and impatient clients.

I can not thank Amita and her gorgeous team enough! AMAZING WORK!f

This place has rude, snappy staff. I made a simple enquiry about haircut waiting times when it was slightly busy and was spoken to like garbage. She rudely barked "can't you see all these people waiting??" at me, as if I'd cut in front of everyone else, demanding a haircut before my turn - before telling me to come first thing in the morning if I wanted a haircut. This was rather humiliating and frankly ruined my day.

I didn't get my haircut there and don't plan to. Their rock bottom prices aren't worth this pathetic standard of customer service. JustCuts are far superior in every way imaginable.

Very happy with my colour / foils, cut and styling, Pal did an absolutely great job and my hair felt so soft, looked soft and sat beautifully. Its easy to see Pal is an experienced hairdresser and is very good at what she does, especially with colours and cuts, I recommend her as your hairdresser if you are looking for something fabulous for your hair.

Please DO NOT GO to their Frankston salon, if the girl who cut my hair was qualified I will eat my hat! I only wanted an easy straight trim round and now my hair looks like it's been cut with a knife and fork, absolutely shocking that a company like this stays in business.

I had my hair cut there last week and I can’t recommend them enough. My hair was seriously damaged from over bleaching which looked unnatural. They restored it in a very stylish, but more natural cut and colour that I’ve recurved heaps of compliments in. Best thing, my hair is cut so well it require little effort in styling which was an extra bonus. Michael (cutter) Jamie (colorist) are the best!!!! If you want natural but very stylish hair, you can’t go wrong.
