Nicky is always pleasant, polite, very caring of animals. Her premises are spotless and she is well organised. The instruments she uses are always sterilised and laid out in a manner that is easy for her to use. It has been a delight to have met Nicky and I am so pleased to have found a local dog groomer who actually cares about the animals - and the people she deals with.
