This really is a great salon. I have been going here for 2-3 years and my hairdresser is great. She always does an amazing job on my hair, and get it just right. I change my hair a little each time and it always comes out exactly what I've asked for. The girls are all friendly and the other hairdressers who dont do my hair always take time out to say hi. It really makes for a great atmosphere and friendly vibe. I really like that most of the time your hairdresser is doing your hair and only your hair (not fitting you in around 10 other clients) so you dont get stuck there for hours and hours.

It is a little on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for and I am happy to pay more and be happy with the result.

I was a client of the salon for many years and was happy with the service most of the time. But the salon recently changed owners and my new hairdresser is not that good. Her cutting skills are less than edequate. The apprentices who do the colours seem to forget you and leave you with colour processing for too long.

The first time I went the girl was so lovely and she made me feel special, did an excellent job (though I would like to be offered a coffee please!). On my second visit a different girl hardly spoke to me and though I said I wanted hair with lots of volume I walked out looking like I hardly had hair at all.

Went there with a bridal party for a wedding. We were told we had to straighten our own hair the night before. The girls didn't curl our hair properly and were very rough which made it very uncomfortable as i can't stand having my hair pulled. The diamond clips they put in our hair (which we supplied ourselves) were put in crooked and the curls that they did get right dropped by the time we got home from the salon. We had to do our hair all over again. I sent a complaint to head office and received a reply that basically defended their actions (the reply addressed things i hadn't even mentioned which makes me wonder if she even read the complaint properly) and said they don't give refunds but i could come in for a complimentary 'blowdry and style'. i hardly think I would go back! If i did, I would assume that I would be asked to straighten my own hair before I got there!!!! To sum it up - an absolute waste of money for a job that was done better by ourselves when we got home.
