I was in the salon for 3hrs & probably had 3/4hr spent with hands on my hair. Was never offered a glass of water etc. The owner was doing( ha!ha!) my hair spend 15 mins max putting foils in,which were done that roughly, bits sticking out everywhere. He had to rush off to do some young girls hair. Left me sitting for prob 45mins, came check then another 45mins later got the apprentice to wash my hair, she had to keep going over & checking with him for the next stage. Asked him to check the toner she put in, after the 20 sec wash, he couldn’t see us from where he was but she came back & he said it will be fine. Took me back to my chair after another 5min at the basin. Sat me down, he told her to blow dry it, at this stage still hadn’t had the cut I was to have. Half blow dried my hair then he told her to go attend to the young girl. So I sat for another 15mins with half my hair dry. He came & spent, max 15mins to finish drying it & cutting it. The picture below will show you the beautiful job( not) he did of my fringe. I left with the old purple rinse, no trim, & dodgey fringe. Also only took cash, so told me to get $210 out of atm out front of the shop( which I was quoted $190-$200).
Never again even if it was offered free would I go back there again. Also might add the owner probably spoke 10 words to me & the apprentice maybe 10.
So a waste of 3 hrs, $210 & my disappointment to be treated so badly.

I had a full head of foils at Hair Magic, no cut, no blow dry....$250.00... Great job, but only toned the roots so the grey showed really quickly.. I did ask for the roots to be coloured.. Still $250.. I've tried this place before and had hair cut which was done really really quickly (10 min tops) and got charged $30... Anyway I thought I'd give them another go, but now I won't.. like I said $250.00..

Omg! Amazing! Couldn’t be happier or I’d burst! Joe and the girls are brilliant! My hair was completely transformed and I got exactly what I was hoping for; even better! Cannot recommend enough! Will be going back again, and again, and again! Thanks Joe!

I have been here quite a few times. Lovely ladies and very helpful with hair care advice. Once I thought I was a little over charged for a quick fringe trim but other then that not to expensive for a basic cut. So overall I would go there to get a decent cut but if I just want a trim I go somewhere cheaper :)

I was highly disappointed recently when I wanted to get my childs hair cut. It was to be her first cut and I was only wanting a slight trim. They wanted to charge me $20. I found that a bit harsh considering you can get a full adults hair cut for this price elsewhere.. I was expecting MAYBE $5 as it was literally a 2 minute job. Needless to say I will not be returning

A great hair dresser with staff who do listen when you want a particular service. I have taken my kids there for their first haircut and the staff were kind and understanding with the children so they were at ease with the whole procedure.
