Growing my hair long. Every time I go in for a trim - inches get cut off. I am getting what hairdresser wants to do, not what I asked for. I don't go there anymore. It took me a year and a half to grow back what she cut off. Staff are friendly, though. hairdressers don't listen to your needs.
