Hair Outaquin

I attended Outaquin yesterday and Michelle did a fantastic job once again. Michelle is a great listener and I always get the right cut, length and a beautiful colour. Thank you Michelle and highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Hair Outaquin the staff are always great and Michelle is the most amazing hairdresser! ive been going to her for years and she manages to tame my thick unruly hair and cut it into a short stylish bob which i can still manage to style easily at home. Its a little pricier than other hairdressers but its worth it! Definitely recommend giving it a try :)

Not very happy with my hair straightening results or customer service.

Popped in as requested by Jason to grab two (rather large) hair samples to which he explains it will be $1000 to go from dark brown to blonde. He will contact me on Tuesday (3 days later). No call back after a whole week, so I called Jason back and he was stumbling with his words. "it's still uhh the price quoted.. Still whole day.. Still yep" ok how about the two samples I gave you, what did you do with them? "uhh yeah, still the same everything is same.. Yeah same." didn't even know who I was, I haven't given my name or any details. Is this just the general spiel he gives everyone? Pretty annoyed the amount of sample that was taken, about 30cm and the size of my pinky width.

I had my hair transformed a few months ago and I had previously been going to a hair dresser and my hair still looked grey , rather than blond. After my appointment at Outaquin the colour of my hair was perfect, exactly what I wanted, it was bleached and coloured, but no damage, it was done very quickly. Everyone was friendly, and I felt very comfortable

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable, even squeezing me in for a last minute appointment! They made my experience an incredible one, from the initial consultation and colour planning to the soothing scalp massage and vibrating massage chairs, to the final touches with stylish blowdry & product recommendations, I could not fault them!
The salon was well presented, clean and had a relaxing atmosphere & I even scored some freebies including a 30% student discount! Winning!

I had a global keratin treatment done here today and this salon is literally the most professional I've ever been to. I've had more expensive keratin treatments done in london before and they were no where near this good and I had to wait 3 days to wash my hair which I don't have to with this one! Even got the GK shampoo and conditioner included in the price which I have always had to pay for elsewhere and they gave a really thoughtful welcome pack with goodies. Everything is so well thought out in the salon and the staff are really professional and friendly. Highly highly recommend!!

The best hair salon experience in comparison to salon's I went to previously. I showed them a photo of an updo I wanted for a special occasion and the stylist did just that with my hair; it was even better than I expected. Highly recommended.

I had colour my hair in this salon, and I really like it. It offers range of colours that I can pick..and its actually high quality colors. Pretty cheap comparing to others salon. I like the environment and its friendly staffs.
