I paid $82 for a trim here - literally a centimetre of hair that took 5 minutes to cut. They kept me there for 45 though, upselling a dry cut (neglecting to mention a price hike even though I asked) and burnt my scalp with scalding water during the wash. Stylist pushed 3 times to dye my grays even though I was very clear that I didn't want it the first time. On the third go she came at me with a can of colour spray, telling me I'm "too young for gray hair" - I actually had to get a bit cross with her to stop it. Management's response to my feedback was that I had a "personality clash" with my stylist. Bad service from go to woe.

Recently had my hair done by Elle, amazing cut and colour. A really enjoyable experience - great coffee too :)

My friend had a few hair colour and cuts from them and she looks gorgeous. I went there a few time for waxing and OMG Rosa is so gentle! You can hardly feel the Brazilian. She does a fabulous job with waxing eyebrows too. I have recommended a few ladies to see Rosa and now they are all returning customers :)
