I hope someone will read this, add their own experience or possibly avoid this place at all costs! I cried after i went in for a small touch up to hair i loved and walked out with different coloured hair completely. I believe staff may not be trained well in colouring. I even had a photo prepared and to my understanding we were on the same page. The staff member who was doing my hair was also swearing like a trooper. As i was waiting i noticed another customer who seemed unsure about her hair as i arrived, i felt so bad for her and they kept saying "youll get used to it" i nervously watched as she walked out clearly upset. I cannot believe the mess they made of my own hair. One word... Ruined. Ill never trust another hairdresser.
