I have a terrible experience here. I just want to keep my style and change the Full fringe bangs hairstyle into Fringe bangs hairstyle with layered hair. After the lady cut my fringe ,she told me my hair is done, I can definitely see there are two part of my fringe ,right half side is the same length , left half side is with layer. She told me because of my hair, she can't cut the whole fringe with layers. I do have enough hair for her to restyle it. Why didn't she tell me in advance???? So I decided to change it back to the full fringe bangs, as I see she don't know how to layer fringe. Badly again, after she finish (1 to 2 cuts) the end of the fringe is even not in the same length. She asked me to shake the head, said wowow, it is beautiful. What a ****, THE FRINGE IS QUITE SHORT, LOOKED LIKE WEAR A SILLY HAT, at least 2cm above eyebrow, I have a square face with normal forehead.

Except for the low skill, I also experience bad customer service. When she cut my hair, she keep on talking with another hair dresser what she cook last night, how she cook the food. And when she finished my hair with no style, I asked her to do some improvement even like when I enter in. she said she is afraid of touch my hair, she don't know what to do, and asked me to pay her.

I walked in with nice hair style, just want to cut it short, and change the fringe, but when I walk out the hair becomes bad with no style, and I have to spend $32 for this rubbish style.

I would strongly recommend not entering this place to damage your hair.

Approximate cost: $32

have been going there for years and noted that all hairdressers seem to be good cutters. Perhaps they did not understand you as I find it hard to

i take my kids to hair works to get haircuts because they are cheap & give superior customer service. there's no need for an appointment, just walk in anytime & they'll fit you in if they're not busy otherwise they'll make an appointment for you.. At hair works they do colouring & cutting, lip & eyebrow waxing & have a great selection of haircare products. They have special prices for seniors & families. The best thing for me is that they are located opposite coles in meadow mews so i can get a haircut before doing my weekly shopping, so conveniently located. The lady that owns the salon, Kathy, is so nice. She always greets her customers with a smile & gives the kids a lolly. i have never left the salon unhappy with the haircut i have been given, in fact i always feel pampered

Approximate cost: $17
